Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Any deposit paid will be applied toward the applicable cancellation/no-show fee. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations and no-shows.
Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay future appointments. Thank you for respecting my time and the time reserved especially for you.
